Career Reinvention

For women in midlife who dream of a next career chapter.

EvolveMe

We focus on women in midlife career transition (relaunching or making a change) because midlife is a stage at which so many inflection points happen impact women’s careers:

  • Children reaching different stages, becoming more independent, requiring more attention, or leaving the nest
  • Aging parents requiring care
  • Realizing a field or role no longer suits them – but feeling trapped
  • Wanting more meaning from their career
  • Other major life changes such as a geographical move, illness, or divorce

Our brand resonates with our clients because we were once in their shoes – we’ve been there – as career pivoters and returners! We believe if you can’t see it, you can’t be it, so we role model what success looks like for our clients and share what we learned from our own personal experiences and professional expertise.

Our ideal client is a woman exploring career transition in her 40s, 50s, or beyond. She’s either returning to the paid workforce after a break (she’s had professional success in the past and the credentials to show for it!) or she’s looking to make a change in her existing career.

Judy Schoenberg, Ed.M., the co-founder of EvolveMe, is a career strategist and leadership expert for women in midlife career transition who are exploring a return to the workforce after a break or pivoting careers.

Through the DARE© method of career reinvention she developed with her co-founder, Judy helps cohorts of highly credentialed and experienced women gain clarity in career direction and the confidence to show their value and pursue new opportunities. Her clients land new roles, start businesses, and secure project-based work (even during the pandemic!).

Judy’s clients describe the virtual group programs she leads with EvolveMe as “life-changing” and “the best professional investment in themselves they’ve ever made”. The EvolveMe community is several thousand women strong — it’s a midlife career reinvention movement!

A graduate of Harvard University and former national executive for Girl Scouts of the USA, Judy has been featured in Forbes.com, CNN.com, Reuter’s World at Work, The Washington Post, at White House events, and in Fairygodboss.com, Ellevate Network, and HR Magazine (summer ‘22). Better Not Younger her as Entrepreneur of the Week. She’s been a guest on podcasts like Life After Corporate, Hello Career Guru, The MidCareer GPS, Time of Your Life, NextCareer, Warriors at Work, and others.  Judy lives in Brooklyn, NY with her husband, two sons, and a feisty rescue dog.
